This site has been designed for you, whether you are just looking for information or you want to learn how to take the edge off of your stress level. But we’re especially here for those of you who feel like you’re at the end of your rope and hanging on by a thread.

The stress you experience is unique to you because your physiology is unique and different from every other person. Therefore, the way you relieve stress will also be unique.
While my 5 steps to learning basic EFT are simple and easily do-able, the possibilities for its use are vast, flexible and open-ended. Let's start with the basics.
What is Emotional Freedom Technique?
EFT brings stress relief in a gentle and natural way using a simple tapping technique. This self-help technique brings quick and lasting relief for daily stress, anxiety, anger, fear, panic, weight issues, depression, physical pain, and much more.
EFT is based on revolutionary discoveries about the body's subtle energies and how they impact every facet our well-being. It releases negative feelings whether they originate in the past, the present or reach out in to the future.
Problems that trouble you are not so much about the actual events that happen to you; it's more about what happens to your body's energy flow in response to these events. EFT works by re-balancing your body's energy flow, thereby eliminating negative feelings. It can be used alone or as a complement to other methods of stress management.
What results can you expect from using EFT?
A greater sense of control over your emotions and your life. A more peaceful outlook on the former problem. Thoughts, situations or people that used to be upsetting will have little or no impact on you. You will be able to think more clearly, more objectively and without excess emotion and anxiety clouding up the issues. Your decisions will be more balanced and grounded- and so will you.
