What is Emotional Freedom Technique?

Emotional Freedom tapping provides you with stress relief in a gentle and natural way using a simple tapping technique. This self-help technique brings about quick and lasting relief for daily stress, anxiety, anger, fear, panic, weight issues, depression, physical pain, and much more.
