EFT for Anxiety

One of the most effective ways to learn this process is to follow along as an experienced 'tapper' leads the way. This page is designed for you to do just that.
If you are not yet familiar with the tapping points please practice with the Tap Map below before starting the audio. Using your fingertips tap each point on your body 7-8 times each, gently but firmly. You may tap one or both sides of the body.
Tapping these points gives you access to your energy channels, commonly referred to as meridians. These are the same channels used by an acupuncturist.
Along with the tapping you will repeat after me some phrases specifically designed to release anxiety, stress and worry. I’ll be leading you step-by-step through the tapping process.
Here’s what you will need before we begin:
